How do you Estimate your small handyman repairs?

We bill each job differently. However, typically we provide a very detailed scope of work to be completed and bill as a time and material type agreement/estimate.

What is included with your home service services?

We strive to provide a very personalized service for each of our clients. From stocking fridges, bars to scheduling maintenance appointments for appliances, boats, vehicles or other we work hard to offer a true concierge type service. We will handle all and anything thats a part of your home.

How will you handle the scheduling of work with subcontractors and work orders?

We strive to be as proactive as possible. We work very hard to keep communication a top priority, We will work with both you and your subcontractors every step of the way.
